Custom Illustrations for Corporate Strategy: Watt’s Book of Dreams
Watt’s, one of Chile’s leading food companies, asked me to transform their Book of Dreams 2025–2027 into a clear visual communication document for their internal teams. The report brought together their redefined strategic innovation pillars, projects, opportunities, governance models, and roadmaps. The challenge: make sure it didn’t become another text-heavy document nobody returned to.
THE PROCESS

We started with a live drawing session. As the team described what each concept looked like in practice, I drew it in real time. The cover proposes the idea of Watt’s looking at its own Book of Dreams, where projects and future goals come to life as a shared journey. Inside, each pillar and project has its own visual identity. Specific icons and illustrations help teams navigate, understand, and remember the content.
THE RESULT
I originally created these custom illustrations for corporate strategy for a group of 34 leaders. The result was so clear and well received that the Communications team asked the Sustainability and Operational Excellence area to share it more widely, something that wasn’t part of the original project plan. More than 400 people saw it page by page at an internal event. Different areas now use the illustrations in their own communications to keep these ideas alive day to day.
For confidentiality reasons, this selection shows the cover process and a sample of interior illustrations, not the full document.
Does your team have important strategic work that currently lives in a format few people read? Let’s work together to find the visual story that makes it comprehensible, and that teams make their own.
